March Events

We have had a very busy couple of weeks here at Glen Hills! Linda Sue Park visited on March 1 to talk about her new book "Wing & Claw". We also started Art for Youth with Mrs. Pennington-Cross last Monday. Mr. Smalley and Mr. Scheiber were nice enough to read to our class when I lost my voice last week! It was great to meet with all of the parents who attended conferences Thursday. We also had a great time on the Zoo field trip yesterday. There will be no school next Friday, as it is the start of spring break!

Read Across America

The fourth grade students are having a "read-in" today to celebrate Dr. Suess' birthday and Read Across America! They are wearing pajamas and reading all day long. They will rotate throughout different reading stations. Here are a few pictures...
