Measurement Olympics

To celebrate the end of our measurement unit in math, the students participated in the Measurement Olympics! They rotated between four events; the discuss toss, high jump, long jump and (modified) javelin throw. They each measured their distances in centimeters. We held an awards ceremony at the end to celebrate our winners. The students really seemed to enjoy it! The test for this unit will be on Tuesday, February 9th, so study those metric and customary units at home!
